Over the last few weeks, the Twitter spat between Lakshmy Ramakrishnan and Vanitha Vijayakumar have been making headlines. Their heated argument went viral in no time. And soon after the words of war began between the two actresses, Lakshmy Ramakrishnan sent a legal notice to Vanitha Vijayakumar and she demanded Rs 1.25 crore as compensation for the verbal abuse.

In her response, Vanitha sent out a legal notice response and she demanded double the amount Lakshmy had asked for. While rubbishing all the allegations made by the 49-year-old actress, Vanitha demanded Rs 2.5 crore for 'defaming' her and making disrespectful remarks about her.

A part of the statement read, “My client submits that my client is not liable to pay any damages to your clients as my client was the victim of your client's malicious remarks on social media to gain cheap publicity and promote commercial boost for YouTube channels by raising sponsorship. My client claims a sum of Rs 2.5 crores as damages from your clients for interfering and spoiling my client's reputation in her public life by giving false allegations.”

While sharing photos of the legal notice reply, she wrote, “Legal notice reply sent to the fake drama judge.” Check out the post below.

In the notice, Vanitha also stated that she will 'never seek for any public apology' and she stated that if Lakshmy comes forward in good gesture and apologise publicly, then she will reciprocate the same.

On June 27, Vanitha tied the knot with Peter Paul in a traditional Christian ceremony. Soon after the wedding, Peter's first wife filed a complaint against him for not divorcing her before getting into another wedlock. In reply, Vanitha also tweeted about the complaint to share her side of the story.

That's when actress Lakshmy Ramakrishnan took to Twitter and she shared a series of tweets talking about the wedding and the claims made by Peter's first wife. Vanitha was quick to reply back to Lakshmy and she told her to stay out of her personal matters.
