When plants are not given the right conditions (watering amount and frequency, lighting, temperature, and soil mixture), the plant will fail and unfortunately no refund or replacement will be issued.

- For high value plants, I highly recommend upgraded shipping. During the summer and winter months faster shipping will reduce the likelihood of heat and cold damage.

- If there are any other issues after delivery, please contact me WITHIN 4 hours of delivery with a picture of the plant and an unboxing video.
