Obama, Hillary Clinton together on '60 Minutes'

USATODAY
President Obama and the Clintons mingle at the public inauguration on Monday.

Presidents current and future?

Speculation about Hillary Rodham Clinton's political future is only going to intensify as she holds a joint interview with President Obama on CBS' 60 Minutes.

The interview will be taped Friday, and broadcast on 60 Minutes Sunday at 7 p.m., ET.

One possible question: Will soon-to-be-former Secretary of State Clinton seek the presidency in 2016?

Don't expect a definitive answer, but it will be interesting to see how she handles it.

Another likely topic: the Obama administration's handling of the Sept. 11 attack on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi, Libya.

Clinton will leave the secretary of State top post as soon as the Senate confirms successor John Kerry, which should be next week.

The 60 Minutes people note that this is the first interview the president has ever done on U.S. television with anyone other than first lady Michelle Obama. (Obama did some joint interviews in France with then-president Nicolas Sarkozy.)
