KUALA LUMPUR: A 26-year-old woman was rescued after she went missing at Bukit Tabur in Taman Melawati here.
Selangor Fire and Rescue Department director Datuk Norazam Khamis said rescue operations began at about 8am on Tuesday (Jan 31).
"More than 60 personnel were deployed at two tracks on the hill.
"Various other agencies were also involved as well as two tracker dogs from the K9 Unit," he said when contacted on Tuesday.
The victim S. Sangeta was found at about 11am, he said.
"She injured her legs when she fell into a 30m gorge.
"We managed to transport her to a safe location where she was treated for her injuries," he said.
