Choi’s luxury home in Shanghai is reportedly located in Cuihu Tiandi, via Edigest, near Huangpu – a prime location close to the city’s bustling business district. The four-bedroom, two-bathroom duplex has a total area of 3,500 sq ft and is priced at US$13,500 per month, including the house and parking space. The estimated value of the luxe duplex is more than US$7.2 million, according to NetEase.

The property agent also posted photos of home’s interiors on the internet, offering fans a glimpse inside.
The airy and spacious living room is decorated in a modern minimalist style and is kitted out with an L-shaped sofa and wooden coffee table, with two European-styled ceiling lights.
The rectangular wooden dining table is simple but provides an ample amount of space for a family of five to enjoy dinner.
The outdoor terrace provides a space to breathe in fresh air and enjoy the scenery. Zhang once posted a photo of Choi and their children growing vegetables on the balcony on Weibo.

The master bedroom also features generous floor-to-ceiling windows for enjoying the scenery. There is also a spacious bed, sofa and TV. The second bedroom has an equally comfortable feel.
According to the property agent, Choi provides a full set of furniture for her tenants. In addition, all rooms have underfloor heating in addition to central air conditioning, so it will not be chilly even during Shanghai’s wet and cold winters.
The property agent posted on Xiaohongshu that the mansion was completed in 2006 and offers 24-hour, hotel-style butler service with a 53,800 sq ft clubhouse and indoor swimming pool.
The kitchen and bathroom are both spacious too, which is very rare in Shanghai, where every square foot of space is expensive. The Jacuzzi in the bathroom is certainly a selling point.

According to NetEase, Choi and Zhang own a 860 sq ft house in Hong Kong. It’s not exactly a mansion, but the family seems to have experienced plenty of happy moments there. We also got to peek inside their home on the mainland Chinese variety show Super Mum.
The house also has an attic – another rarity in Hong Kong – with plenty of space for the kids’ toys.
Choi has also posted several photos with her family on social media – including one where she’s holding her son with one hand and cooking with the other, which grabbed a lot of attention from netizens.
