Sandra Oh was the definition of elegant as she took to the red carpet of the Vanity Fair Oscars Party on Sunday, 10 March.

The Killing Eve and Grey's Anatomy star wore a key look for this season: sequins. For those who thought sequins were just for festive season, think again — as plenty of fashion brands, from high street to couture, are showing the trend is very much here to stay for spring.

And, who better to wear that trend than the glamorous Sandra Oh. The 52-year-old actress was the epitome of style as she wore a gown by Naeem Khan showcasing stunning, two-tone sequins. Sandra's gown was composed of a black, sequin neckline that plunged into a skirt adorned with statement gold embellishment. She paired this perfectly with gold accessories, and opted to wear her hair in curls while sporting a natural makeup look.

Sandra wasn't the only star spotted in stunning sequins. This look dominated the red carpet this year, with many stars opting for statement embellished looks. Michelle Yeoh, who attended the 96th Academy Awards as a presenter following her Best Actress win for last year's Everything Everywhere All At Once, was seen gracing the red carpet in a sequin look.

Meanwhile, Margot Robbie chose to opt for a black sequin gown by Versace.

And, in case fans were missing their fix of pink at the Oscars following the hugely successful Barbie film, actress America Ferrera wore a pink chainmail gown, also by Versace.
