The item was not new. The package had been cut open and the inner plastic holder was scuffed. Sold me a 5 year old discontinued version of the filter at the current filter price, not the current version. He posted a picture of the current version from the B+W web site in his ad. The ad promises to ship within 1-3 business days but only shipped after 9 business days because he freaked when I asked him to cancel the order. I have contacted the seller.
