If we had to sum up this burger in one word it would be: bold. The two-ingredient patties, made with 6-oz. of beef and seasoned with McCormick Hamburger Seasoning—a blend of black pepper, chili pepper, onion, red bell pepper, and garlic—are loaded with flavor. Served on a freshly grilled sesame bagel with arugula, thinly sliced tomato, and topped with a schmear of homemade scallion cream cheese (another two-ingredient standout), it’s the perfect way to kick off your weekend.

sesame bagels, halved
- 4 oz.

- 2

Directions
- Step 1Prepare a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Brush the grill with vegetable oil.
- Step 2In a medium bowl, season the beef with hamburger seasoning. Stir until just combined, then shape beef into 4 equally sized patties, about 4 1/2-inches wide. Using your finger, press a shallow indent into the center of each burger, about 1-inch wide.

- Step 4In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese with the green onions. Set aside until ready to serve.
- Step 5Remove patties and bagels from the grill. Pile the arugula onto the bottom half of each bagels, then top each with a patty and two slices of tomato. Schmear the cut side of the top half of bagels with the scallion cream cheese, then sandwich the burgers and serve.
