WHERE YOU'LL STUDY
Located in Prague’s historic Malá Strana district, Anglo-American University is Prague's oldest private university. It has been recognized as an innovative leader in internationalization. The campus is situated at the foot of Prague castle in heart of the golden city of a hundred spires. Some classrooms are designed with large arched windows to incorporate the outdoors, which helps on gloomy winter mornings. Many classrooms are majestic, with old-world style fireplaces, grand chandeliers, and gilded paintings on the ceilings. The campus has a diverse student body with students from over 80 countries. Classes are small and interactive allowing students more flexibility and support with their individual learning needs. With a wide network of local and international organizations, students learn through real-world experiences and project-based education. Take your books to Peacock Park on sunny days and spend your downtime at the university café under the trees in the brick-paved courtyard.

From The Californian Abroad
With the presence of coronavirus throughout my entire college career, I've faced anxieties about my education and approaching graduation date. Would a career be there when I finally graduate? As a result of my study abroad experience, I realize that college is more than a means to an end; it's a journey where failure and discomfort go hand-in-hand. Now I know I can adjust to an unfamiliar environment, and I'm excited for new experiences to help me grow and understand what I want to do with my education.
