Elmo has joined the ever-growing list of Swifties!

The beloved fuzzy red muppet celebrated the release of 1989 (Taylor’s Version)  on Friday with a sweet tribute to a classic Taylor Swift anthem.

The popular Sesame Street character's account on X, formally known as Twitter, honored the pop star by posting an image of a Polaroid of Elmo along with the caption, "'Cause Elmo will never go out of style. Yeah baby! ❤️ 📷  #1989TaylorsVersion."

In typical Swift fashion, Elmo's photo included its own set of Easter eggs.

Fans will notice that along with giving a nod to the track "Style," Elmo's photo shows him holding a camera in front of a backdrop of a blue sky and seagulls.

The backdrop is almost identical to Swift's photo on the cover of 1989 (Taylor's Version). The Polaroid also honored the original 2014 album by having "EST. 1980" written in black text, which is when Elmo first appeared on Sesame Street.

While the "Out of the Woods" singer has not made an appearance on the iconic children's show, Haim  — who is known for touring with the singer as an opening act — made an appearance in May.

This year has been an extra busy year for Swift.

1989 (Taylor's Version) was first announced at the final Los Angeles stop of the Eras Tour. The success of the tour caused the singer to add multiple new dates to her international tour schedule and spawned the release of  Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour concert film.

The concert film was just as successful after its Oct. 12. release, bringing in $92.8 million in ticket sales over its three-day debut period and Thursday night previews. Its launch now boasts the title of being the fifth-biggest opening of any theatrical release this year.

Swift described what makes 1989 (Taylor's Version) one of her favorite projects thus far in an Instagram post in August.

"Surprise!! 1989 (Taylor’s Version) is on its way to you 🔜! The 1989 album changed my life in countless ways, and it fills me with such excitement to announce that my version of it will be out October 27th," she wrote. "To be perfectly honest, this is my most FAVORITE re-record I’ve ever done because the 5 From The Vault tracks are so insane. I can’t believe they were ever left behind. But not for long!"

After releasing the album on Friday, Swift opened up about how much revisiting the album has meant to her in an Instagram caption.

"I was born in 1989, reinvented for the first time in 2014, and a part of me was reclaimed in 2023 with the re-release of this album I love so dearly. Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine the magic would you sprinkle on my life for so long," Swift wrote. "This moment is a reflection of the woods we've wandered through and all this love between us still glowing in the darkest dark. I present to you, with gratitude and wild wonder, my version of 1989. It's been waiting for you. Taylor"
