Update: Switched from 2 to 5 stars After the previous feedback, Michelle contacted me asap to clarify regarding what happened. She apologised on behalf of her staff and offered me to come back for a redo. Michelle is really polite and I appreciate the fact that she takes customers feedback properly. She puts in effort to make improvements and make sure that every customer leaves satisfied. It’s hard to find business owners like her these days! I came back for a redo session today, and my experience was totally different. Gem did my mani today and I was very amazed at how clean my cuticles are! The colours applied is also very even and well done. Gem is very detailed in her work and she handles you very gently 😊 I couldn’t stop looking at my nails. Thank you Nail Queen, for the amazing service 🥰 ————————— Was recommended by a friend and decided to bring my mum to do manipedi on 16th Dec. Despite making reservation at 4pm, we only properly started at around 430pm due to the crowded environment. Amidst all the good reviews, I was unlucky and unfortunately did not have a great experience. This was my first manipedi experience, and regrettably, it did not leave a positive impression. My manicurist was careless during the cuticle trimming, cutting too deeply and causing bleeding. My skin quickly became red and painful. The overall process felt very rushed and the nail colour application was done sloppily, leaving a patchy messy result. The color even smeared onto my outer skin, and the manicurist did not bother to clean or touch up properly the whole time. As I approached the end of my session, I noticed bubbles on some of my nails. Though I brought this to the attention of the manicurist, the solution applied did not provide a lasting fix. Shortly after leaving the salon, the bubbles reappeared, indicating a lack of attention to detail and quality control. This entire experience left me feeling disappointed, especially as someone doing manipedi for the first time. The rough handling has left my cuticles feeling tender and sensitive, adding to my overall dissatisfaction. I hope that this salon can do something to ensure the consistency in skills among the manicurists.

Have been doing my nails and eyelashes with Nail Queen for almost a year and they never felt to disappoint! Nana, the eyelash specialist, is amazing! My eyes are too sensitive and get irritated easily, but when she is doing my eyelashes, I don’t feel any discomfort!. Eyelashes lost long and look amazing! I chanced upon Nail Queen in October and have been returning since. They are normally busy and packed with appointments but replies and communication are swift and prompt. They are not pushy and don’t hard-sell packages. They are also reasonably priced! Susan has been looking after my nails from my first visit till today and she takes great care of them. First experience with her was great, she takes time to listen to your needs, puts in effort and care in her work, and is also very professional. She fulfils requests and is also willing to make changes. She would even offer suggestions or ideas sometimes on what I should do for a new set. What I really appreciate about her attitude is her patience and professionalism. She doesn’t rush through her work and leave you with a bad job despite back to back appointments lining up behind - she would still be cheerful and bubbly. Michelle, the owner is also a friendly and wonderful lady. She puts in effort to interact and serve her clients, and she’s always smiling! Happy to have found this place and I look forward to coming back again.

Today was my first visit. The pedicure was perfect and they really took their time to clean and shape my nails. The end result looks great. I also got a gel manicure. I had a couple of bumpy nails on my manicure but I contacted the Salon and Michelle, the lovely owner was more than happy to fix it and my manicure looks amazing too!
