I can't deny that I love Banquet. The Banquet food court at VivoCity is the one I frequent most since I visit Harbourfront quite often. Although it's frequently crowded, many seats are provided in the court's large layout. You can find food from most popular cultures here like Western, Indian, Malay and even Japanese. The chicken chop at the Western stall is pretty chunky and sufficiently drizzled with tasty black pepper sauce. If you're looking to have some rice, the Malay stall offers some really delicious dishes like Paru (lung), Sambal Goreng and plenty more. Be warned though that the dishes can all add up to quite a sum, so remember to ask for prices first if you're not looking to spend over $7. The Cockles Kway Teow stall is still my favourite though, and certainly quite popular amongst locals too seeing how the queues are usually the longest there. Although not so generous on noodle portion, the Cockles Kway Teow is really flavourful and moist, just the way I like it.
